No! Unlike other platforms that charge commission on every guest reservation, iwstay has zero commissions or monthly fees. The system is entirely hosted on your setup. Starting from Year 2, the only recurring cost is RM550/year to cover domain renewal, high-speed hosting maintenance, and software updates.
Yes. By default, the system comes integrated with BayarCash to accept FPX, online bank transfers, and QR Pay. If you prefer to configure manual bank transfers (where guests upload receipts directly to the portal), the dashboard lets you toggle that on or off instantly.
